Packaging & Labeling

Wholesale packaging
Two (2) and five (5) kilogram carton boxes available for export with the following options:

- Gold box for Jumbo/Super Jumbo Medjool Dates with Dates of Jordan label
- Black box for Large Medjool Dates with Dates of Jordan label
- Red box for Small/Medium Medjool Dates with Dates of Jordan label
- Green box for Classic Medjool Dates with Dates of Jordan label
- Blue box for 403 Medjool Dates with Dates of Jordan label

Note: Custom box branding available upon request for orders over 20 metric tons.

Retail packaging
- 250gm boxes with Dates of Jordan brand label
- 500gm boxes with Dates of Jordan brand label
- 1kg boxes with Dates of Jordan brand label

*Plastic Containers Private or Dates of Jordan label are available upon request.
** Special extensive selection of gift packaging is available upon request.

Labeling
All boxes come with the following standard labeling:
- Product name
- Country of origin
- Packaging date
- Expiry date (product/contents/size)
- Batch number

Packing House
Our 2,000 square-meter packing house, opened in 2007, includes:
- Four freezers with a minimum of -30 degrees Celsius temperatures and a capacity of 1,500 tons
- One refrigerator
- One hydration/dehydration room
- Two fumigation chambers
- 18-meter Medjool processing line
- 9-meter Barhi processing line
- A 600kg/hour sorting line designed to be certified by HACCP-ISO 9001 BRC

Processing
Dates of Jordan undertakes the responsibility of fumigation, cleaning, sorting, selecting as per each size, packaging and storing. During all this process, care is given to each individual date, and the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are adhered to.
